PREREQUISITE: Introduction to Engineering Technology

This course will allow students to design and construct individual projects using the principles of good design, sound construction and safety. Students will learn to operate power machinery and proper construction procedures. Emphasis will be on quality, craftsmanship, good work ethic, and proper use of tools.

Students may opt to take more than one quarter of Wood Manufacturing.  Students who do so will be expected to work on more complex projects while continuing to add to and improve their skills, and the quality of their workmanship.
