This class is for students who have maintained a strong standard of performance in social studies, and who possess solid reading and writing skills, skills which will be consistently targeted and refined throughout the year. The primary differences from the honors course are in the amounts and types of in-class support given to students to meet the expectations in the course. Students will develop greater independence with critical thinking.
