I am a rising third-year math PhD student at the University of Pennsylvania interested in vertex operator algebras and algebraic geometry. My pre-thesis advisors are Julia Hartmann and Philip Gressman. I intend to work on my thesis under the supervision of Angela Gibney.
I co-organize the GeMs in Math group at Penn along with Ellis Buckminster and Maxine Calle.
In the 2024-2025 academic year, I co-organized Math Circles in West Philadelphia with Athina Avrantini and Aaron Anderson.

I got my B.A. in math in 2023 from Wellesley College, a historically women's liberal arts college near Boston, MA. My senior thesis advisor was Megan Kerr.
The summer before my senior year of college, I participated in the Summer@ICERM 2022 REU at ICERM in Providence, RI. This experience solidified my desire to be an academic researcher and go to graduate school
Below are other conferences/workshops that might interest undergraduate and early graduate students:
EDGE summer program: I participated in EDGE 2023 at Brown University the summer before starting grad school. It was a valuable educational experience and it gave me a supportive network of women in math.
Roots of Unity workshop: In Summer 2024, I participated in the Roots of Unity workshop at ICERM. I was in the commutative algebra group which was supervised/led by Ashley Wheeler and Haydee Lindo.
Preliminary Arizona Winter School: In Fall 2024, I participated in PAWS in the Symmetries of Root Systems lecture series.
I also attended the following conferences/workshops:
