I am a designer that creates drawings in various media that reveal the inner workings of systems and narratives. Through art, I am a voracious thinker, feeler, and noticer. My practice is motivated by questions of technological mediation, aura, lived space, novelty, and age. Within the context of inquiry, I see drawing as porous and malleable, allowing me to explore a number of different materials in search of answers.

Rolled Drawing, Drawing Algorithm, and Spoon Series are works created at various points during my time at Wellesley, showcasing different approaches to mediated drawing. These works are intended to be designed puzzles that provoke curiosity and demystify the hidden frameworks of knowledge that exist around us. All are informed by my research into the history and theory of art, architecture, and media. Drawing becomes a way of expanding on concepts that appear obscure, and revealing new ways of knowing through tactility and modularity.
