Inequalities: tells us about the relative size of values. It has the inequalities symbols. 

Quadratic inequalities: are similar to quadratic equations and when plotted they display a parabola. 

Variable: A symbol for a value we don't know yet. it is usually a letter like x or y.

Sketch:  is an efficient way of drawing different types of graphs by showing the key points and the general shape of the graph. 

Solution: a value, or values, that satisfies the equation   

Region: on an inequalities graph allow us to visualise the values that satisfy one or more inequalities.
