What is Parent Square?
ParentSquare is a school-to-home communication application. It is a single platform for everything from our district's mass notifications and mobile app to conference sign-ups and permission slips.
How does this benefit my students?
Communication: Establish and strengthen communication with families
Building relationships: Automatic language translation into the user's selected language bridging communication barriers.
Watch the video and review the presentation to understand how to utilize POSTS and MESSAGES in ParentSquare.
You will need to send at least three POSTS:
Plan - Look at your calendar and determine an opportunity for communication.
Create a post: Include text and at least one photo.
Check the interactions: - After one day, check the number of “notifications” and who “appreciates” your post.
Record: - Take a screenshot of your “Post” to include in your evidence.
You will need to send at least three MESSAGES:
Create a message: Create and send a direct message to a parent/guardian.
Record: Take a screenshot of your “Message” with a parent to include in your evidence.
