Tarvash
Tarvash
The Unyielding
"This portrayal of Tarvash captures his raw, unbreakable spirit. Standing tall and unarmored, his powerful form exudes strength and resilience, as if he himself is a force of nature. His shifting tattoos seem almost alive, hinting at the restless energy within, reflecting his unyielding resolve. The confident grip on his massive warhammer, held with ease, speaks of a warrior who has faced countless challenges without faltering. Tarvash’s fierce, determined gaze commands respect, embodying the relentless drive to endure and overcome. This depiction emphasizes his role as both protector and challenger, embodying the tempest itself."

Peace, Tempest, Forge
When chaos threatened to tear the world asunder, Tarvash did not whisper words of comfort—he forged peace in fire and blood. To him, peace is not the absence of conflict but the absolute dominance of order. Those who threaten harmony must be silenced, even if it means shattering them like brittle iron.
Tarvash’s domain is the storm—both the destruction it brings and the calm that follows. To fight under his banner is to understand that sometimes violence is the only way to quiet the world. His followers do not hesitate. They temper their might with purpose but strike decisively when the time comes. Mercy, to them, is a blade honed to perfection.
Tarvash’s symbol is a hammer wreathed in lightning, representing the forging of peace through force. Temples to Tarvash are often fortified structures, built to withstand both storm and siege. They are filled with forges, weapon racks, and banners that display the balance between war and order.
His followers dress in sturdy, dark leathers and iron clasps, and carry small hammers or storm-etched medallions. Priests of Tarvash are often as skilled with a smith’s hammer as with a warhammer, seeing little difference between forging steel and forging peace.
They are called Wardens of the Storm, and they live by the belief that strength is essential, but reckless power breeds chaos. To fight without purpose is weakness; to hesitate is death.
Temper Your Strength: Be mighty, but do not let your might rule you.
Peace by Force: Those who disrupt harmony must be put down, like a rabid beast.
Steel Your Will: Once a decision is made, follow through without regret.
Forge and Protect: Build strong foundations and defend what you create.
Tarvash finds Gaevash’s chaos intolerable. Her reckless creation and endless disruption grind against his vision of structured, protected peace. Where Gaevash sees spontaneity as life, Tarvash sees recklessness that threatens stability.
Atenzu, The Balancekeeper, is both a rival and a partner. While Atenzu’s desire for balance seems commendable, Tarvash believes that true peace cannot be compromised—it must be established and enforced. They have fought side by side when order needed defending, but their methods often clash.
Tarvash holds a grudging respect for Aethzora as both deities value imposing order on chaos—albeit through different means. Where Tarvash uses strength, Aethzora uses unbreakable laws.
The Smith’s Vow: When a city fell to infighting and lawlessness, Tarvash appeared as a traveling blacksmith. He forged a massive iron bell and placed it in the square, declaring that any who struck it would gain the strength to protect the city. When a tyrant claimed the bell, he struck it, only to be struck down by lightning. The people learned that only those with pure intent would gain the strength Tarvash promised.
The Storm and the Anvil: During a great war, a hero prayed to Tarvash to protect his people from an invading army. Tarvash sent a terrible storm that flattened the enemy camp. When the survivors rose to fight again, the hero forged his shattered blade anew using lightning from the sky. He led his people to victory, and the blade became known as The Thunderbrand.
Tarvash’s followers are often soldiers, smiths, and guardians. They do not shy away from violence but see it as a tool to maintain peace. A warden of Tarvash will walk into a burning village not just to quell the flames, but to strike down those who set it ablaze. They are not mindless enforcers but calculated protectors.
In Drakhalm, the loose pirate coalition often claims Tarvash’s favor, despite their chaotic nature. They justify their raids as reclaiming justice, believing that those they plunder have brought violence on themselves. While not all pirates share this belief, the Coalition of the Just Reclaimers insists they fight in Tarvash’s name.
"Stormlord, forge my will in iron and flame,
Grant me the strength to crush the wicked,
And the resolve to hold my ground when chaos threatens.
Let my strike be swift, my purpose unwavering."
