I am available for extra help whenever you need it! Let me know at least 24 hours in advance when you plan on coming for extra help.
Extra credit is available! Students are eligible to receive extra credit opportunities if they have completed all assignments in a marking period.
Make up work is available for students who are absent only or those with a valid reason for not being in class. Students will NOT be given the opportunity to make up work that he/she chooses not to do while in class or when cutting class.
Parents and students, follow our class Instagram and Twitter accounts for announcements, updates, and photos of activities we do in class!
*The Instagram account is private. Please send me an email with your username so that I can approve you.
We will be using Google Classroom a lot this year. All homework, classwork, documents, and readings can be found on Google Classroom. Each student is already signed up for our class. Students should visit classroom.google.com to log on. All announcements will be posted on Google Classroom as well.
Since all work is posted online, students are responsible for any missed work due to absences. Students must contact the teacher if they need extended time due to absence.
Parents/Guardians, click here to learn how to receive classroom email summaries. If you are having trouble with this, or would like me to send you an invitation to your child's Google Classroom, please email me.
The WHS Mock Trial Team welcomes any 9th grader or above. Students learn about the American legal system as they prepare trial cases as student-attorneys, witnesses, and jurors. They also attend a competition at the William J. Brennan Courthouse in Jersey City!
Meetings are on Mondays from 3:30-5:30 PM in the Media Center and will begin in October.
Please see Ms. Parkinson if you are interested in joining Mock Trial!
