Google Apps Vault

"Google Apps Vault" is a web-based service that provides search and export capabilities for Drive, Gmail, and on-the-record Google Talk conversations across a domain. 

For Gmail and on-the-record Google Voice conversations, Vault provides Customers with the ability to archive data and create retention and disposition rules based on content, and eDiscovery capabilities which allow a Customer to create matters and preserve this data for legal hold purposes. 

Google Apps Vault is available with Google Apps for Work, Google Apps for Education, and Google Apps for Government as an additional cost add-on.
