Web Summit Vancouver takes place from May 11 - 14, 2026.

On Monday, May 11 there will be no exhibition however we will have our opening night event at the venue, followed by the first of our series of Night Summit events that evening. 

The main exhibition will take place on Tuesday May 12, Wednesday May 13 and Thursday May 14 in the Vancouver Convention Center. The venue will be open from 8.30am to 5pm each day. 

On your assigned exhibition day, you and your team can enter the venue from 7.30am. Your exhibition date will be announced on or before Thursday, April 30.

The full schedule – including a list of stages, stage times, speakers and Night Summit details – will be released at least two weeks before the event.

Registration

If you are in Vancouver before the event begins, we recommend that you pre-register. Our team will release more information about the registration areas shortly.

To register, you will need to download the official Web Summit Vancouver app, which will launch in the weeks before the event. Once logged in to the app, you can find your QR code by tapping the QR icon on the bottom bar and selecting ‘My code’. Your QR code and photo ID will be required to register and collect your accreditation. Attendees must collect their own accreditation. 

Please make sure all your ticket details are complete before registering at the venue.

Startup info point 

There is no dress code for the event, but we recommend wearing smart casual attire and comfortable clothing and footwear on your exhibition day. Matching company t-shirts are always great. 

There will be a cloakroom onsite for your convenience which will be open on all three days of the event.
