Therapy with Me
Life can feel heavy when expectations, past trauma, or ongoing stress make it hard to breathe. Many people carry pressures that aren’t always visible, including the need to succeed, appear strong, support others, and navigate cultural or societal barriers.
In my office, clients are offered a space to pause, breathe, and simply be while reflecting and reconnecting with who they are beneath the noise. In therapy, we slow things down and create space to make sense of these experiences together. Sessions focus on building safety, exploring what feels heavy, and developing tools to manage stress while reconnecting with your values, voice, and sense of self so you do not have to carry everything alone. This work is not about fixing anyone, but about uncovering resilience and stepping into one’s authentic self.
Who I Work With
I am passionate about working with young Black adults, older teens, and athletes experiencing anxiety, depression, and trauma. Having been an athlete, I understand the pressures to perform and the unspoken expectations that often accompany that world. As a woman of color, I hold the layered and complex experiences of clients with care.
