Recommendation 1: Expand the Steering Committee
We recommend adding an At-Large Board Director position to support outreach and special projects. Given the current climate, we believe expanding leadership will strengthen our caucus capacity and support for members statewide.
Recommendation 2: Ensure statewide representation through regional seats
To support geographic representation across Washington, we recommend organizing Steering Committee representation into four regions. Regions are divided by UniServ Council (See Map below) as follows:
