Hello and welcome to 8th Grade Math and Science!

I am so excited to be teaching at the West De Pere Middle School! I am from Park Falls, WI and moved to Green Bay in 2018 for college. I graduated with honors from UWGB in May of 2022 and began my first year of teaching at West De Pere during the 2022-2023 school year. 

I have a passion for the outdoors and try to get outside as much as possible whether it is swimming, kayaking, hiking, camping, or just walking my golden retriever, Ginny. I also love to cook and bake, read (my favorite is Harry Potter), and spend time with family and friends. 

My other passion is obviously education. I believe my job goes beyond teaching math and science facts, but preparing my students to be active members of the community and to be ready to take on their futures. I want to help my students be problem solvers, advocates for themselves and others, and get involved in their school and community!
