Hello and welcome to 1st Grade!

Hello and welcome to our class website! I am so excited for the opportunity to work with all of you this year. We have many exciting and engaging opportunities before us. It will be my 5th year teaching since returning to the field of education. I previously taught in Green Bay in different grades, all the way from Early Childhood to 4K to 5th Grade! I am so happy to call Westwood Elementary my home!

Our Classroom

Our classroom will be filled with collaboration, conversations, and learning! My goal is to create a space for students to be their authentic self and feel appreciated in their learning journey! Our classroom accommodates all learners and my goal is to tap into each learning style present in our classroom.  

About Me

I live in West De Pere with my children and enjoy the community tremendously!  I have two children that I adore! My son will be entering 2nd grade and my daughter will be starting Kindergarten this fall. I received my Bachelor's from St. Norbert College in 2010 and my Master's from UW-Milwaukee in 2015. I am SO excited to be teaching in the same community where I live.  If you ever see me out in the community, PLEASE say hello!
