Hello!

Hello and welcome! I am Laura Karlen, School Counselor at West De Pere Middle School.  I am excited about the opportunity to work with you and your student(s) this year.  I attended the University of Wisconsin-Green Bay for my undergraduate degree, studying Psychology and Human Development.  My Master's degree (K-12 School Counseling) is from Lakeland University. 

I am fortunate to be able to bring my family dog, Maverick along to school with me a few days per week.  Maverick is a certified therapy dog through the Alliance of Therapy Dogs.  Feel free to check out his website to learn more about him.
