Meet Mrs. Moes
Hello and welcome to 1st Grade!
My name is Mrs. Moes. This is my fifteenth year teaching and my tenth year in first grade at Westwood Elementary School. I graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Green Bay in 2009 with a bachelor’s degree in Elementary Education and am currently pursuing my Master's of Education-Literacy at UW-Oshkosh.
When I’m not searching for fun things to do in our classroom, you can find me camping,
hiking or doing anything outdoors. My husband and I have a daughter named Myla (7) and a son named Charlie (5). We also have a dog named Daphne.
As a teacher, my goal is to create an environment where kids can feel safe, comfortable and excited to come to school. I love watching my students become independent in learning new things by providing fun, hands-on experiences. In our classroom, we build positive relationships, work hard, show respect for each other and love to laugh.
