Meet Ms. Diedrick
This is my 19th year working in the West De Pere School District as an Occupational Therapist. I am so grateful to have found such an amazing district that I truly enjoy working in. Prior to starting at West De Pere, I attended college at the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee where I graduated with a Masters of Science in Occupational Therapy.
Throughout my years working as a school based Occupational Therapist, I have attended countless conferences and trainings to continue to learn and grow in my profession. Areas of learning include fine motor development, sensory processing, movement patterns, social skills, handwriting and many others.
My husband Jim and I have been married for 15 years and have two beautiful girls, Jenna (11) and Ashley (9), and an amazing son, Jack (7). We have a home in the Town of Kaukauna which is where we both grew up and graduated high school. Jim owns and operates a machining business out of a shop on our property. My husband and I and the kids enjoy going up north to my parents cottage in Pickerel, being outdoors and spending time with our friends and families. I have an older brother who lives in Durango, CO and an older sister who lives in Kimberly, WI.

School-based occupational therapy is designed to enhance the student's ability to fully access and be successful in the learning environment. This might include working on handwriting or fine motor skills so the child can complete written assignments, helping the child organize himself or herself in the environment (including work space in and around the desk), working with the teacher to modify the classroom and/or adapt learning materials to facilitate successful participation.
General Schedule
As one of the Occupational Therapists in the West De Pere School District, I spend my time traveling between Hemlock Creek Elementary School, the Intermediate School and Middle School. I work with students throughout their school environments including classrooms, the cafeteria, the playground and the OT room.
Hemlock Creek Elementary School: Mondays, Tuesdays & Thursdays
Intermediate & Middle School: Tuesday & Fridays
