I explain to each student that everyone reads differently, everyone makes mistakes, and everyone should feel safe to read in the reading room.
I respect every one of my students and expect the same respect in return.
Every student is expected to participate in each lesson.
There is no such thing as perfect. As long as you try your best you will succeed.
