Schoology Parent Access Codes

     Parents can view their child's Schoology classes and activity using the Parent Access Codes.  One Access Code enables the parents to see all of their child's classes.  One access code can be used by multiple parents and/or guardians.  This tutorial explains how to download the Parent Access Codes for each student in a class.  

1. Open a course in Schoology.

2. Click Members on the left side of the page.

3.  On the right side of the screen, click Parent Access Codes.  It is located in the green box.

4.  Click Download.

5.  A spreadsheet will open listing each student in that particular class along with their individual Parent Access Code.  Once parents sign up for Schoology using this code, their accounts will be automatically associated with their child’s account. Using this Parent Access Code, the parents will be able to view all of their child’s Schoology activity.
