2A. If you choose the Create a Meeting for Later option, you will receive a meeting link. You can paste this meet link in Schoology, Google Classroom, or email to your students.
2B. If you select the Start an Instant Meeting option, your computer's camera will enable and you will see yourself on the screen. To invite people to the meet, you can click Add Others.
2C. Select all people you want to invite to the Meet. If you don't see a name on the list, you can type the invitee's name in the Enter Name or Email box.
2D. After selecting and/or typing in the names of the invitees, click Send Email. This will send the meeting link to the recipients.
2E. Instead of selecting the Add Others option, you can also choose to click the box to copy the meeting link and then email this link to the recipients.
4. The recipient(s) will then see themselves on the screen. To join the meeting, they will click Other Ways to Join.
5. The recipeient(s) then click Join Here Too on their screen.
6. When recipients join the Meet, the host can see their images on the lower right corner of the host's screen.
