GoGuardian Student Reports

1.  After a session ends, the teacher will receive an email from GoGuardian that includes a complete report of the student activities during that session.  Here is a sample report sent to the WCS email account. 

2.  The teacher can also view the exact times that students were on certain websites by clicking either of the two green View Timelines buttons. 

3.  Here is what the timeline report looks like.  Each bar is divided into sections based on the websites visited.  In this example, the red section indicates YouTube while the dark gray section indicates the SSO portal.   The lighter gray sections indicate the Schoology site.

4.  Each student’s activity is displayed on a bar graph that goes across the timeline.  In this example, we will click on a section of the bar located beside of Hazel Nutt.   

5.  The example indicates that Hazel Nutt spent 7 minutes on YouTube between 1:10 and 1:17 PM. 

6.  You can also click other sections of the bar to see other information.  Here we can see that Hazel Nutt spent 1 minute on the SSO Portal from 1:20 to 1:21 PM.
