1.Download your video recording to your Downloads folder on your computer. This also works on Chromebooks.
2. Log into your Google Drive.
3. In Google Drive, click the +New button.
4. Select File Upload.
5. Select the video file from the Downloads folder of the device. Double click the file or click Open.
6. Click Upload.
7. Select the video file from the list located in the lower right corner of the screen.
8. Click the 3 vertical dots in the upper right corner of the screen.
9. Click Share.
10. Under the General Access tab, change the file permission rule from Restricted to Anyone With the Link.
11. Click Copy Link and then click Done.
12. Go to this website: https://www.qr-code-generator.com/ to open the program QR Code Generator.
13. QR Code Generator is free and web-based, so there is no need to log into the site or create an account. Click the option URL.
14. Paste the URL of the link that you just copied from Google Drive where it says Enter your website.
15. After pasting the link, the QR Code will appear on the right side of the page.
16. You can leave the QR Code as it is or you can change the color. To change the color, click Shape and Color.
17. Click the + sign to change the QR Code’s color.
18. Choose the color ball you want from the menu options. Click the color and then click Choose.
19. Click Download JPG.
20. You will see this screen as the QR Code is generated and downloaded. Do not click or do anything until the file completes the download.
21. When the file is downloaded, you will see a box indicating that the QR Code can be found in the Download files on your device.
22. On a laptop or PC, you can access the QR Code by opening the Downloads file.
23. Congratulations! You have successfully created a QR Code for your video.
Accessing QR Codes Created on a Chromebook:
If you created a QR Code on a Chromebook by following steps 1-21, you can access the Downloads folder on a Chromebook by clicking the black and white circle located in the lower left corner of the screen.
24. Click Downloads from the list of files.
25. Double Click the video file to open it.
26. The result is a QR Code for your video.
