Sharpen your math skills with this game where you must figure out the hidden math calculation in 6 guesses.  There are six blank squares.  You are given a numerical answer.  Your job is to plug in numbers and use the addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division symbols to figure out the equation that equals the answer. 

This game uses the four basic rules of arithmetic:  addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division.  The object of the game is to use six selected numbers to try and get as close or right on the target number.  The target number is set by a random generator.  The full rules of the game are located in the PowerPoint.

     To open the activity, click the Target Number picture to the right.  The presentation will open as a PowerPoint.  Make a copy of the presentation by 1) clicking File, 2) selecting Create a Copy, and 3) Download from the dropdown menu.  If you do not make a copy for yourself, the presentation will not work correctly.
