I am originally from Syosset, New York and originally moved to North Carolina back in 2012.  My wife is a Nurse Practitioner at Duke Children's Hospital in the NICU.  I began my teaching career at Olive Chapel Elementary in Apex and have taught in Special Education for two years, a short stop in Middle School, and this is my 10th year teaching 5th grade.  My wife and I are the proud parents of our son Jack who is a senior at Apex Friendship High School.   We enjoy traveling to see new places, being outdoors and I am an avid home barbeque cooker.
