Accessing Canvas
Students log into Canvas through the WakeID Portal. Follow the steps below:
1.Go to your WakeID portal. Assustabce cab be fiybd ib tge WCPSS WakeID page
2. Click the Canvas icon on the Applications tab.
3. Your Canvas account will open the Dashboard.

Where can I find courses that I am enrolled in?
The Dashboard displays courses that you are enrolled in. If a course doesn't show up in the Dashboard, go to Courses in the Navigation column and select All Course
You can customize your course list to give you control over what is displayed on your Dashboard and your course menu. Instructions can be found in English and Spanish.

Join a Class in Google Classroom
Your teacher can add you to a class in Google Classroom or your teacher can invite you by sharing a join code or by sending an invite to your WCPSS student email.
Teacher shared a join code
1. Open Google Classroom.
2. In upper-right corner, click addition symbol.
3. Click Join class.
4. Enter provided code.
5. Click Join.
