Online Workouts

Choose a workout for each day. At the end of the week complete your reflection on your teacher's google classroom. Have fun and work towards 60 minutes of activity each day. Remember it does not all have to be done at one time. Also, we would love to see what you are doing at home to keep up with your daily exercise.
