Laptop vs. Desktop

INTRODUCTION
We have all used both laptops and desktops, but which one is superior? Both have their pros and cons, but which one should you actually use? In this article, I won't take any sides, I will only state the pros and cons of each.
Laptops
Laptops. The prefered machine in schools. The convenient device that can go anywhere and can do (almost) anything a desktop can do. Here are the pros and cons:
Pros
- Portable
- Is convenient
- Does not need an outlet
Cons
- Lasts only as long as the battery lasts
- Does not have as good of a performance per dollar as desktops
- Cannot do some tasks
Desktops
In some tasks, desktops perform much better than laptops. Sometimes, desktops are the only option.
Here are the pros and cons:
Pros
- Does not have a limited battery life
- Has more performance per dollar than laptops
- More flexible than laptops
Cons
- Requires an outlet
- More bulky than laptops
- Usually more loud than laptops
We all use laptops and desktop. Laptops are portable and convenient. Desktops are more flexible and perform better. Everyone has their own opinion, so I have made a survey. That's the end of this article.
