Welcome to Chorus Club!

I am excited to announce that 4th and 5th grade now have the opportunity to participate in the chorus club!

In the chorus club, students will learn vocal techniques, music theory/literacy, and work together to learn a few pieces of music to perform for parents. 

Chorus club will meet on Tuesday and Thursday mornings from 8:00-8:45am. We will meet outside the main school doors by the front office. If your student is tracked out during one of the dress rehearsal and/or performances dates, that is fine!! You are still highly encouraged to participate in all dress rehearsals and performances, but I understand track out plans can make that difficult.

Spring Chorus Concert: 

• Thursday, May 21st @ 6pm

  • ​Students must arrive at 5:30pm for warm up prior to the concert

Spring Chorus Concert Dress Rehearsal:

• Wednesday, May 20th @ 4:15-5:15

• Students do not need to be in concert attire for the dress rehearsal. I will email a list of students to teachers who will be with me right after school. Students will come straight from class once the announcement is made (around 4:10), no need to pick them up first. Please be at school to pick your child up by 5:15pm.

Concert Attire: White top with black bottoms OR All black

Performance Night:

• Students need to be in white tops, black bottoms, OR all black. 

• Students need to be dressed and ready to go AT SCHOOL by 5:30pm. The performance will start at 6:00.
