SSA Test Requests and Information for the 24-25 School Year

The Single Subject Acceleration (SSA) test request window will be open from April 1-12, 2024. Single Subject Acceleration (SSA) is the practice of placing a student in a higher-grade level in one subject area. Please view this informational document and presentation within to learn more about this program, if interested. 

Spring Nomination Window

The AIG spring nomination window for fourth and fifth grade students will be open from December 11 through January 8. You may nominate your child to be considered for an AIG (Academically and/or Intellectually Gifted) referral. You do not need to nominate your child if he or she is already identified, but you may nominate your child if you would like your child considered for a second area of identification (ELA or Math). Please complete the Google form linked here, which will also be forwarded by classroom teachers.

Fall Nomination Window

The AIG fall nomination window for fourth and fifth grade students is open through September 22. You may nominate your child to be considered for an AIG (Academically and/or Intellectually Gifted) referral. You do not need to nominate your child if he or she is already identified, but you may nominate your child if you would like your child considered for a second area of identification (ELA or Math). Please complete the Google form linked here. Be sure to refer to the additional information forwarded by classroom teachers and let us know if you have any questions. Please know that nominations for the fall nomination window will not be accepted after September 22, but may be added to the spring nomination window.
