Hello....

My name is Chrissy Minnick and I could not be more thrilled to be your child's teacher for our 2025-2026 school year. I received my teaching degree from Shippensburg University, but I am originally from a small town in Maryland. I began my teaching adventure many years ago. I have taught kindergarten through fifth grade, along with physical education and intervention placements within my career, with most of my time in 5th-grade Math & Science.

I will be the pilot leading your aviator through math and experimenting with science fun. At the same time, my colleague, Miss Pezzella, will take them on magical reading journeys, creating imagination with writing and igniting their curiosity about social studies. Together, we make a pair of teachers here to support you and your child throughout the year.
