About Ms. Kist!

Hi! My name is Karissa Kist and this is my sixth year of teaching, and my third year at MPE. I graduated from Salisbury University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Elementary Education and a minor in Spanish. I have taught second, third, sixth and seventh grade; but third grade is by far my favorite, and I know you will love it too!

I am so excited to work with my third grade students this year. When I'm not at school I enjoy yoga, hiking, traveling, and spending time with my family and friends. I'm a middle child with two sisters and two very loving parents. I have a nephew, Jack, a niece, Skyler, and a puppy named Lola. I'm a big New England & Boston sports fan (Go Patriots/ Red Sox/ Celtics/ Bruins!)
