About Me:

• I have been a PE teacher since 2015. I have a passion for teaching sport and healthy lifestyle practices and love working with the young women at WYWLA. I am a Nevada native & came to North Carolina to attend Appalachian State University, where I played volleyball and graduated with a degree in Physical Education. I have trained athletes for 7 years and developed the first women's weightlifting program in the Wake County Public School System. In my free time I like to stay active by biking, hiking, playing volleyball, golfing, wakeboarding and keeping up with my crazy dog, Charlie.
