Future Planning for 11th Grade Students
Forms to Choose Numeric Grades for Spring 2020:
For students in grades 9-11 to choose numeric grades for Spring 2020, please complete the form below and submit via email to Student Services at middlecreekhssched@wcpss.net. Forms must be submitted by June 12. Students will just need to submit one form and can include all classes on that form.
Please wait to submit form until you have confirmed your final average with your teacher. Teacher grades will be finalized by June 5 so that you are fully aware of your final grade.
If students are unable to print out the form, please email your request with the specific numeric grade information and course name and we will assist in completion of the form.

Wake Tech Info Sessions for all grade levels: Interested in learning more about the programs that Wake Tech has to offer? Then attend one of their virtual information sessions. These sessions are designed to assist potential students in learning about the college, its admissions and enrollment process, and student life. Attendees are required to register in order to receive the login info for the session and follow up materials. Upcoming sessions are May 21. Register here: Wake Tech Information Sessions
Juniors: Check out information on these five merit scholarships, Cheatham-White at North Carolina Central University, EC Scholars at East Carolina University, Levine Scholars at the University of North Carolina at Charlotte, Morehead-Cain at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, and Park Scholarships at NC State University, by viewing this video yourself and kindly share it and the accompanying handout with juniors that would like to learn more about these five merit scholarship programs. The webinar and handout both include information about each of our programs, in addition to a discussion of the many benefits of merit scholarships. After viewing the webinar, we invite students, families, and counselors to sign up to join one of our two live question and answer sessions. All five programs will be represented at the live sessions.

Write a resume of your activities that you can give to teachers and counselors when you need letters of recommendation for colleges/scholarships during your senior year.

Write a resume of your activities that you can use to keep track of your activities throughout high school. Update it each semester so that you have it ready for your senior year when you will need it for college.
