Hello First Grade Families,

In reading, we will be identifying the main idea and key details in a text. We will also use illustrations to describe details in a text.

In Letterland, we will be working with long vowel patterns.

In math, students will partition shapes into halves and fourths.

In writing, we will be working on small-moment narratives.

In science, we will learn about ways to protect our environment.
