Hey!!! I am Mrs Pittman your media specialist. I have been at Knightdale Elementary since 2004. Before that I taught at East Wake Middle School, language arts and social studies. I am married and have two boys, Grayson and Grant. I have a dog named Rosco. He's a miniature schnauzer.

I was born and raised in Knightdale North Carolina so Knightdale means alot to me. It's my home. I attended Knightdale Elementary, Lockhart Elementary, East Wake Middle and East Wake High School. I received my Bachelor of Science in Education at East Carolina University. I received my Master's in Library Science from North Carolina Central University.

I love my job and especially the people and students I work with. I love seeing students I taught grow up and bring their children to our school. I am so blessed to be here and be your librarian!!
