Nelly Crisp
Mrs. Crisp is originally from Upstate NY and has made her home in Wake County for the last 18 years.
She has 15 years of science teaching experience from K to 6th grade. Ms. Crisp went to undergraduate at SUNY Oneonta and earned a masters from NC State. Go Pack!
Natalie Avilez
Mrs Avilez was born and raised in NYC. She is the daughter of two immigrants that migrated from Cali, Colombia. She attended Queens College City University of New York and has two bachelor's degrees, one in Elementary Education k-6 and the other in Spanish K-12 education.
Mrs. Avilez loves being a part of the Millbrook family because the school is such a tight community.
Mrs. Avilez hopes one day to become a world traveler, so far she has had the opportunity to travel to Colombia, Australia, Tahiti (french Polynesian Islands) and hopes to add many other countries to her list. These international experiences have enriched her life and career!
Ms. Avilez is inspired to work with children because they are eager to learn about themselves, others, and the world.
