Welcome to 8th Grade Science!! I'm happy to have you in my class and look forward to a great year!!
Course Description: We will study the Hydrosphere, Energy, Chemistry, Geological Time, Evolution, Ecosystems, Infectious Diseases and Biotechnology. Lessons and activities will center around inquiry and investigation. As scientists we will make predictions and hypotheses, perform experiments, gather and analyze data and form conclusions. 8th grade Science is a tested subject so we will prepare for the End of Grade (EOG) test administered in June. This will be a great year!
