The AMS Robotics Team is a highly competitive robotics program that competes against 120+ North Carolina middle school and high school teams. After winning three state championships in the last 12 years, we were honored to represent AMS at the World Championship, where we competed against 600 teams from across the world. The team is open to any 7th or 8th-grade student at Apex MS. Applications will be available during the first weeks of school, and tryouts will be held on Thursday, September 12, and Tuesday, September 17, in room 209. The team generally has 12-15 members based on their skills, experience, interests, and needs for the season.

 The Robotics Team practices most Tuesdays and Thursdays from Late September to mid-February. We also have Saturday tournaments most Saturdays in January and February. Team members must attend all practices and tournaments.
