ABOUT ME:
I was born and raised in North Carolina and never wanted to be anything other than a teacher. I graduated from UNC-Chapel Hill with Bachelor of Arts degrees in English and Women's Studies. I then attended UNC-Wilmington to obtain my Masters in Teaching degree. I started teaching high school English in Wake County in 2008. I later transitioned to Intervention, and now I am the Career Development Coordinator, which is my dream job in education! I can't wait to partner with our students and community to help guide students to opportunities while in school and in life after high school! In my free time, I enjoy decorating, going to the lake, going to UNC baseball games, and planning events.
