Sometimes Outlook will open up hyperlinks with Microsoft Edge instead of Google Chrome. To change this follow the instructions below.
On the Outlook app click "File" in the top left-hand corner
2. Next on the left-hand side at the bottom click "Options"
3. Then in the Outlook Options window click "Advanced" this is located the left-hand menu.
4. Then under the heading "File and browser preferences" change the "Open hyperlinks from Outlook in:" dropbox to "Default Browser"
