Edumate can sometimes fail to load content like mark books, images, etc. These can fail to load due to site cache. To fix this problem you will have to clear the old site cache use the following steps below.
Step 1. Open Google chrome and click the vertical three dots in the upper right-hand corner to open the Chrome dropdown menu.
Step 2. In the Chrome dropdown menu, hover over 'History' and then from the menu that appears click 'History'. (as seen below)
Step 3. On the History page in the left-hand pane click ‘Clear browsing data’.
Step 4. On the ‘Clear browsing data’ dialogue box that appears untick ‘Browsing history’ and from the time range drop down box select All time, if this is not selected by default.
Step 5. Once you have selected the right settings click the 'Clear data' button, in the bottom right-hand corner of the dialogue box.
Step 6. Restart Google Chrome.
