Go to the meeting controls located at the top of the meeting and select the more actions button indicated by the 3 dots.
Next in the more actions dropdown menu scroll down and press Start recording.
Note: Everyone in the meeting gets notified that recording and transcription have started.

Next in the more actions dropdown menu scroll down and press Stop recording.
Open a file explorer on Windows and in the left hand pane click on the folder named OneDrive - wccs.nsw.edu.au
In the OneDrive - wccs.nsw.edu.au folder there should be a folder labelled Recordings, the video files from meeting should be in this folder.
Note: There is an expiry date on the recordings, it will be automatically deleted after 60 days. If you wish to save the video onto your device move it out from the Recordings folder.
