To repair the "invaild recipient" outlook issue you need to reset their address in your copy of Outlook.

Please follow the steps below:


Click on the "File" tab at the top left of  your Outlook window


Then select "Options" (second from the end of the list)

In the window that appears, select the "Mail" category from the list on the left.


In the list of options on the right, scroll to find the button "Empty Auto-Complete List" (Within the "Send messages" section)


Click the "Empty Auto-Complete List" button.  This will clear the saved names that Outlook automatically uses to guess who you want to send to, when typing a name in the address field.


Click Ok to close this window.

From the main page of Outlook, click the "Send/Receive" top ribbon button.

Click on the little down arrow next to "Send/Receive Groups" to expand a menu, and then click "Download Address Book..."

In the window that appears, untick "Download changes since last Send/Receive" and then click Ok.
