If you find a WCCS room printer is not available on your staff laptop, you can add it using the following steps:
In the Windows Start Menu Search bar, type '\\print-server' (excluding the ' symbols) as pictured.
Press 'Enter'.
A list of available printers will appear. Double click on a printer you wish to add. A loading bar will appear briefly indicating the printer is being added.
After a few moments, the printer should appear in your list of printers.
