A Letter From Your Editors

Dear Reader, 

Lauryn and I are thrilled to be the Norse Code editors for the 2024-2025 school year. Aspiring writers ourselves, this is a great opportunity for us to learn and grow, both as authors and leaders. We can’t wait to get to know all of you and work with you throughout the year. 

As for a little bit about ourselves: Lauryn and I are both sophomores and have been writing since we were young. Aside from that, Lauryn enjoys playing bass in her band, painting, and playing Legend of Zelda; I enjoy singing, playing piano, and binging Gilmore Girls. In terms of writing, I love historical fiction, dystopian, and short stories, but am branching into nonfiction and journalism. Lauryn loves writing science fiction and realistic fiction. 

This year we’re looking to really get our club out there and promote our writing. Our main goal is to represent all of you, your interests, and anything that you care about. We are open to anything that you wish to write, granted that it is appropriate.
