Theatre Sports
Theatre Sports is open to all Year 9 -13 Students. Each week on Tuesday lunchtimes we gather to play games, build our improvisational skills, and prepare for competitions.
Theatre Sports is co-run by the HoD of Drama and the Year 12/13 Drama Prefects.
Theatre Sports 2024
Theatre Sports Tuesdays will begin in Week 1 of Term 2. Anyone can join at anytime of the year. All they have to do is come to the F5 Drama room at lunchtime. If you're nervous about participating, don't worry! You can simply watch until you are ready.Â
Throughout the year we will typically prepare for 2-3 competitions. In 2023 this included competing with Wellington Girls' College for our annual Theatre Sports Competition Cup! As well as taking on the teachers in the hotly anticipated WC Teacher vs. Student competition that takes place in Arts Week each year.
