Greek Goddess Demeter
Demeter was the goddess of grain corn and the harvest. Her parents were Cronus and Rhea. They believed that Demeter grew crops each year. She was the goddess of of Earth agriculture and fertility. The first loaf of bread was given to her made from the annual harvest festival.
