Mary Dudek finds herself smiling when connecting with her students through curriculum, community, and classroom instruction. She most enjoys finding approaches that help her students learn their way to meet with success. Mary considers learning something new each day a priority in her own life and enjoys the motivation this gives her students to teach her new things and to develop a love of learning. She believes there is nothing like watching students grow and change as they make their journeys through middle school and being a part of preparing them for high school. Mary considers the small successes the greatest rewards of teaching.

As a result of being surrounded by collaborative and supportive colleagues, supervisors, and administrators who share the value of school community, Mary Dudek takes pride in saying she is an educator with the Wayne Township Public School District. As a product of the district, she enjoys the reward of being able to continue to provide the quality education to Wayne students that helped prepare her well for a career as a teacher. She cherishes the friendships, professional relationships, and the many memories she has made as a student, parent, and educator over the years. Mary looks forward to continuing her relationship with the district’s students, staff, administration, and Board of Education and is thankful to have found her home at Anthony Wayne Middle School, a special place in her heart.

Jeff Robjohns loves getting the opportunity to connect with students on a more personal level, and getting to know each of them as individuals. It is a rewarding experience for him to help students through difficult times, and help establish coping mechanisms for the struggles of adolescence. It is satisfying for him to watch students grow socially and emotionally, and enjoy the success of obtaining and pursuing their academic goals.

Jeff thoroughly enjoys working at Anthony Wayne Middle School. He truly appreciates the camaraderie and support of his colleagues. It is always a team effort amongst the staff, and everyone collaborates on ensuring the most beneficial environment for all students. He is grateful for the rewarding relationships he has experienced over the years with the parents and students within the community.
