What I love most about being a teacher is giving my students the mindset that they can learn, grow, and accomplish their goals. I like to think that I am positively influencing my students' way of thinking and leading them down a path of success. Each year I am given the ability to incorporate new ideas, design new lessons based on student needs, and adapt my teaching style to reach all types of learners.
What I enjoy most about working for the Wayne Township Public School District is the support of my administration and my colleagues. Teachers are supported and given the opportunity for professional development to share thoughts and ideas with fellow teaching staff. Being provided with the opportunity to collaborate with my colleagues on a daily basis has helped with incorporating strategies and teaching tools to assist with all different kinds of learners.
One of the many things I love about being a paraprofessional is the ability to help so many students. I enjoy working with students to help them develop the skills and strategies they need to be successful in the classroom. I like to see them use these strategies to help them become more organized, on task, and independent, inside and out of the classroom.
One of the things I enjoy about being employed by the Wayne Township Public School District is the sense of community I feel. I have always found all of my coworkers to be extremely helpful and supportive whenever I need assistance or have any questions.
