TECHNOLOGY HELP DESK & INFORMATION

The Wayne Township Public Schools will continue operations in many critical areas and IT is one of those areas. The district will maintain a help desk for students and staff. Once you complete a request for assistance, you will be given an appointment and will be directed to a secondary school for further assistance. The district will also operate a virtual help desk for software related issues.

The district has partnered with Optonline to provide WiFi access for district devices for those families who do not have internet access.

Parents will need to put a help desk ticket in and a member of the technology department will be in touch.
